Microsoft has made a major update to the Windows 11 operating system, also known as Moment 5, available to all users. Microsoft has begun updating all supported systems as part of its traditional monthly update Tuesdays. ; (Patch Tuesday) for April 2024.
Recall that since February the company has allowed enthusiasts to manually activate new functions from the update. And since March, Moment 5 has become available in Windows Update (Windows Update Center) as an optional update.
Windows 11 Moment 5 brings quite a lot of innovations. Among them are improved data exchange with the Nearby Sharin environment, simplified creation of Snap Layouts window snapping layouts, an improved function of the Copilot AI assistant, which became available without logging into a Microsoft account, activated MSN cards with weather forecasts, exchange rates, and more useful information on the lock screen, all sorts of improvements for the «Settings» application, and so on.
