The publication’s journalist said that the game designer “never saw women,” without even bothering to check that the heroine was copied from a real girl
The publication IGN France, which recently disgraced itself due to the statement that the designer of Stellar Blade had never seen a real woman in his life, did not apologize to the SHIFT UP studio and the gaming community, instead blaming the readers themselves is that its author, Ben Osoll, was simply misunderstood.
The editors of IGN France and Ben himself still made some changes to the original text: lines “A doll, sexualized by a man who has never seen a woman” has been replaced by “A doll sexualized by a man who apparently has never seen a woman.”.
Osolla also added: “The last sentence was slightly edited for the French-speaking people pretending not to understand what we meant, and for the English-speaking crowd who took advantage Google translator”.
Osolla and the editors of IGN France claim that they were forced to make adjustments by alleged “death threats”, the existence of which no one provided evidence.
