Despite the fact that in general cars in Russia are becoming more affordable this year, some models are becoming more expensive. Auto.ru analysts conducted a market analysis and found out which models rose in price the most in Russia in March.

If we talk about new cars, the Volkswagen Tayron has added the most — immediately 10.4%. The average price of a car on the classified list is 5.549 million rubles.

Mitsubishi ASX secured second place: plus 10.2% (the average price of a crossover rose to 3.649 million rubles). In third place is the Hyundai Staria minivan: over the past month it added 9.7% — the average price increased to 8.374 million rubles.

Of the popular models in Russia, the crossovers Hyundai Santa Fe and Hyundai Tucson — by 8.3% to 6.456 and 4.346 million rubles, respectively. A little more — 8.6% — added Mitsubishi Outlander (average price — 3.458 million rubles).

Among used cars in March, the biggest gains were made by Jeep Grand Cherokee (2013-2022 model years) and Range Rover Evoke (2011-2015 model years) — plus 4.3% to 3.643 and 2.285 million rubles, respectively. The top 3 is completed by the BMW X1 2015-2019 model years — the crossover added 3.8%, the average price rose to 2.603 million rubles.
