They are offered to sign an agreement on independent settlement of complaints under the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights
An interesting fact about the relationship between the company «AGR» and Hyundai dealers regarding sales of Solaris brand cars was voiced by Sergei Tsyganov, a famous auto expert and host of the telegram channel «Russian Automobile».
AGR invites dealers to take upon themselves the implementation of the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights in relation to all non-standard situations. This is if the car burns out or they decide to return it due to failure to fulfill warranty obligations within the prescribed period. The latter, by the way, is very relevant: it is still unclear how AGR will be able to supply spare parts, with what rhythm, and how it will overcome the situation regarding obviously scarce items (electronic units). Apparently, the AGR itself anticipates problems, inviting dealers to sign an agreement on independently resolving complaints under the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights. I don’t know how correctly this agreement is drawn up, because the consumer has a legally binding opportunity to contact the manufacturer directly, bypassing the seller. AGR is trying to protect itself from recourse claims from dealers.

He added that modern Solaris is covered by a warranty of 3 years or 100 thousand. km mileage.
