HMD Global is going to release a new smartphone called Skyline. The phone will go on sale on July 10, as previously reported by gizmochina with reference to a Finnish source, and now the same site has published the first images of the new product.
The renders show a phone reminiscent of the Fabula design language first introduced in the Nokia N9. Its bright yellow color scheme evokes memories of the iconic Nokia Lumia 920.
Skyline will be positioned as a more premium offering from HMD, with a rumored price tag of €520. It will be available in black color with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal flash memory and dual SIM support.
It is expected to feature an FHD+ OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC. On the rear, the Skyline is expected to feature a triple camera system with a primary sensor on 108 MP, ultra-wide-angle lens and macro camera or depth sensor. For selfies, there will be a 32-megapixel camera.
The phone will be equipped with a 4900 mAh battery with 33 W fast charging, IP67 dust and water protection and a pre-installed Android 14 operating system.
