The builders have not yet provided complete documentation justifying the costs
As part of the marathon «Knowledge.First» at the World Youth Festival, the head of Roscosmos, Yuri Borisov, said that the launch infrastructure for Angara rockets at the Vostochny Cosmodrome is almost ready for the first launch. However, the builders do not yet have all the documents justifying the costs to complete this project.
According to Borisov, the readiness of the starting infrastructure is almost 100%, but the documents are only 40% ready, but despite this, «not to let» «Hangar» it is forbidden. Borisov added that the initially stated estimate by the end of the project increased by 3–4 times, and the construction itself was extended twice as much as the original plans.
We, apparently, will once again step on a rake. Because don’t let the «Angara» we can’t, with such readiness, we will probably still launch the “Angara” in the first ten days of April, and then we will work with our builders, as in all of our practical life, to strive to eliminate all shortcomings and provide we have all the necessary documents.

Recall that earlier Yuri Borisov reported that the first launch of the heavy rocket «Angara-A5» from the Vostochny Cosmodrome can take place in the first ten days of April 2024. And just yesterday, a source in the rocket and space industry clarified that the launch was tentatively scheduled for April 6 & 10.
