Although in Belarus itself there are long queues for Geely cars

Prime Minister of Belarus Pyotr Parkhomchik spoke about the activities of the BelGee enterprise, which produces Geely cars, in 2023. It turned out that with a capacity of approximately 60 thousand cars, 67.8 thousand cars were produced, and about 80% were exported to Russia.

«A unique plant "Belgi" was built, which has certain technologies and competencies. Over the past year, almost 68 thousand passenger cars were produced, 52 thousand of them were exported to Russia. This is a great success», — said Pyotr Parkhomchik.

Recall that last year Geely cars took four positions out of the top 5 in Belarus. But at the same time, large queues for new cars remain in the country.
