This is the only question that remains relevant. The remaining violations were eliminated after warnings

The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) is working with the largest Russian marketplaces Wildberries and Ozon to establish communication between buyers and sellers. The head of the FAS, Maxim Shaskolsky, spoke about this.

As we already wrote, the FAS previously issued warnings to Wildberries and Ozon, in particular, in April of this year, the Wildberries marketplace was accused of imposing unfavorable conditions on sellers. After this, the site changed its policy of working with sellers and canceled a number of fines.

Shaskolsky noted that now the warnings have been almost completely implemented, but questions remain regarding communication between sellers and buyers. Thus, many buyers would like to have communication channels with sellers on sites, for example, to receive advice about the purchased product. According to the head of the FAS, there is no such opportunity now, and the agency is working to ensure that some forms of communication appear, and this is the only issue that remains relevant.
