The executive director of Sweet Baby gave a speech at one of the Womenize events

Sweet Baby CEO Kim Belair took part in one of the Womenize events, during which she stated that game developers should think less often about what exactly users want to see in their games, because this creates obstacles on the path of creativity.

“They [gamers] stand in the way of progress. We need to stop thinking that the target audience should determine our content and start thinking that players need new stories.”.
