The current Haval F7, assembled at a plant near Tula, is living out its last months: in June 2024, the Russian enterprise will begin production of a completely new Haval F7 (in China it is known as the Haval Monster). We have already written about this car, and now new details have appeared: they were announced at a closed presentation for Haval dealers.
The most important thing – this price. The cost of the new Haval F7 will range from 2.7 to 3.5 million rubles. For comparison, the current generation car according to the price list costs from 2.4 to 3.3 million rubles. That is, an additional payment for the «Monster» will be 300 thousand in the case of the basic version and 200 thousand in the case of the top version. Haval expects decent demand: they plan to sell about 2.5 thousand cars per month.
This increase can hardly be called significant, taking into account the fact that the new model will become much more spacious (dimensions – 4780 x 1890 x 1675 mm with a wheelbase of 2800 mm, that is, the new Haval F7 will be almost 9 cm longer than the current one). In terms of equipment, the new Haval F7 will also surpass the current one.
There will be two engines: a 1.5-liter with 150 hp. and 2.0-liter with 192 hp. Drive – front or full, but there is only one gearbox – this is a 7-speed «robot» with two clutches.
