Dealers began selling cars at a discount due to decreased demand during the holiday season
The Autonews resource conducted a survey of dealers in Moscow and the Moscow region and found out that sellers began to reduce the cost of cars. The main reason — decrease in demand during the holiday period, and the discount — countermeasure.
For example, a dealer from the west of Moscow in March sold a large crossover Volkswagen Teramont for 8 million rubles, now the price has dropped to 7.89 million rubles. We are talking about a version with a 2.0-liter turbo engine with a power of 220 hp, a 7-speed «robot» and all-wheel drive.
The Audi Q5 L crossover became more affordable by 100 thousand rubles: at the end of April they asked 7.9 million rubles for it, the price is now — 7.8 million rubles. There is also a «robot» and all-wheel drive, but the power of the 2.0-liter engine is less — 190 hp
The Mazda CX-4 crossover fell in price by the same 100 thousand rubles: in April, a dealer from the south of Moscow asked 3.2 million rubles for the car, the price is now — 3.1 million rubles. This is the cost of the basic version of the car with a 2.0-liter engine producing 158 hp. and 6-speed «automatic».
Finally, another Volkswagen AG car has become more accessible in Russia — Skoda Octavia. A dealer near Moscow sells «parallel» liftback now costs 3.56 million rubles versus 3.68 million rubles in the spring. Despite the fact that the Chinese Octavia is larger than the European one, the engines are no more powerful — Under the hood there is a 1.4-liter gasoline engine with a power of 150 hp, working in conjunction with a 7-speed robotic transmission.
