The legal adventures of the Dark and Darker developers continue. Nexon has another minor defeat, but not all legal issues have been resolved yet
The trial continues between Dark and Darker developers Iron Mace and Nexon. The fact is that former Nexon employees were involved in the creation of DaD and the employer believes that they borrowed ideas and materials from the “collapsed” P3 project.
The developers on Discord talked about how that Nexon's injunction against the developers was recently lifted, allowing Dark and Darker to be released in South Korea.
Observers expect the proceedings could last several more years. It turns out that until the results of the case are announced, Dark and Darker is safe (and will continue to be if in the end the court sides with the developers).
It is unknown when Dark and Darker will be released on Steam, while the developers are distributing the game through a separate website.
