Citroen Basalt — this is a new crossover coupe that will be presented tomorrow, March 27th.

Citroen Basalt will initially be released in a petrol version, and later an electric version may appear.

Citroen Basalt will become a budget analogue of the BMW X6, and in price it will compete with the Renault Arkana and Volkswagen Taigo. The model will be produced in India and one of the countries in South America.

According to rumors, the car will receive a 1.2-liter engine with 110 hp. with 190 Nm of torque, as well as a manual gearbox or a classic torque converter.

The model is expected to be released in July this year.
