Capcom announced that it is preparing a series of updates for Dragon's Dogma 2 that will add various functionality to the action role-playing game, such as the ability to start the game over again with an existing save or increase the number of certain items.

As for the last point, The option to restart the game was not available even on PC after manually deleting save files because they were stored on Capcom servers.
