Prelude will not be the most powerful coupe in its category

It is known that Honda is working on returning the Prelude coupe to the line, and now new details have emerged.

According to the Japanese resource BestCarWeb, the cost of the car in the home market will range from 27 325 to 29 300 dollars, that is, the Prelude will be noticeably more expensive than the Toyota GR86 (18 900& ;mdash;23 500 dollars).

The dimensions of the Prelude will be 4300 x 1790 x 1300 mm, the wheelbase will be 2575 mm. The e:HEV hybrid powertrain based on a 2.0-liter engine will be borrowed from the hybrid Honda Accord, the power will be 207 hp. The appearance of a completely new Honda Prelude on the market is expected in the second half of 2025.
