Thieves broke into a Ford plant in Oakville, Ontario and stole 14 Ford Edge SUVs worth half a million dollars.

Halton Regional Police say the thieves first cut a large hole in the fence in the Ford plant parking lot, through which they escaped.

The police admit that the crime was so simple and well-planned that they have not yet arrested anyone directly in connection with the break-in and theft.

Last year, there were several thefts of a Ford F-150 Raptor and a Ford Mustang from Ford's Flat Rock plant in Michigan.
