Baldur's Gate 3 failed to become game of the year and lost to Alan Wake 2. Remedy's game was recognized in Time

After the release of Baldur's Gate 3, for some, the results of the competition for the title of game of the year seemed predictable. However, then the game was released by Remedy

Not everyone is in a hurry to recognize Baldur's Gate 3 as the game of the year. Some could see more worthy games in 2023

For example, Time published a selection of 10 games in which Remedy's recent game ranked above Baldur's Gate 3.

Alan Wake 2 was recognized as the best, and the game Larian is content with second place. Hogwarts Legacy is not on the list, but it was mentioned in one paragraph – they reminded how scandalous it is, and made it clear that 2023 was busy and there are more interesting releases.
