Yesterday AvtoVAZ resumed production of Lada Vesta, Granta and Niva cars. Alas, there is no good news: Vesta, like last year, leaves the assembly line in the most simplified configuration without airbags and only in two colors.
«Vesta sedan cars with minimal configuration, painted in white and black enamel, leave the first line. At about 9 o'clock in the morning, Granta cars also began rolling off the assembly line in two body styles (sedan and liftback), here the color scheme is more diverse, including classic white, black and three metallics. Due to the production of bodies during the last work shift of last year, the cars of the Niva family reached the finish line only after the lunch break. All models started the new year without airbags», – told insider public Avtograd News.
From today, the AvtoVAZ conveyor should start operating at its usual pace.
