Kia EV5 2024 will offer a range of 720 km

The new Kia EV5 with an extended power reserve will be officially unveiled in March, as stated by a company representative. Compared to the standard version with a range of 530 km, the range of the new version has been increased to 720 km on the CLTC cycle.

At the rear, the new product uses through-type taillights of a simple and recognizable shape, similar in style to the headlights. As for the body dimensions, the length, width and height of the new product are 4615, 1875 and 1715 mm, respectively, and the wheelbase is 2750 mm.

12.3-inch LCD instrument panel and 12.3-inch multimedia screen are placed in a single unit. The car is equipped with Kia's latest generation infotainment system and supports over-the-air software updates. However, some physical buttons are retained on the center console.

The car is equipped with a permanent magnet synchronous drive motor with a maximum power of 218 horsepower and a maximum torque of 310 Nm. The standard Kia EV5 is equipped with a lithium iron phosphate battery with a capacity of 64.2 kWh, the battery capacity of the new version is not specified.
