But it is still unclear what will replace it
Apple may have stopped producing accessories made from FineWoven material.
Insider Kosutami, who said last fall that Apple would abandon leather accessories, now says that the cases and other FineWoven products that replaced them will no longer be produced.
The reason for this is as simple as possible — durability. FineWoven cases received a lot of criticism from the first days of their release due to their qualities related to durability and strength. They scratch very easily and become unusable quite quickly. Of course, this depends on the accessory itself and how carefully it is handled, but in general there are a lot of complaints about such products.
The source says Apple will switch to some other material, but it's unclear what that will be or when such products will become available.
