Perhaps there could have been one more PlayStation fan in the world, but the console never got into hands at the right time
A user under the nickname Torghira said that he was exploring his parents' garage and came across an unexpected thing. It turns out that the PlayStation 2 console was stored there for about 20 years.
The researcher suggests that many years ago this PlayStation 2 was bought for him as a gift, but they simply forgot about it – the device was purchased around the same time when Torghira’s sister was born and ended up in the hospital, which diverted the parents’ attention and this gift was not mentioned later remembered.
Torghira turned to the PlayStation fan community: he was wondering how much such an unopened console could cost.
Some unboxed gadgets and collector's editions can cost thousands of dollars today (or even tens or hundreds), but the PlayStation 2 has not yet become such a “legend”. Judging by the observations of commentators, on the market you can find an offer in the range of 700-800 dollars.
Perhaps Torghira will continue to store the PlayStation 2 in its packaging and many years later will be able to earn a larger amount.
