A new domestic messenger will appear in Russia, which will act as an analogue of Telegram and will provide a high level of encryption and an identification program. Information provided by «Izvestia» source in the development company «NTC IT ROSA».
This messenger will be integrated into the system of the «domestic iPhone» — R-FON, aimed at civil servants and business. It is expected that the anti-spy smartphone will be presented on December 18 with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Digital Development. In the future, Russians will be able to use this messenger not only on R-FON devices, but also on other smartphones and computers.
The communication platform will be called «ROSA Messenger». According to the developer company, the new product is suitable for everyone. In the press service of «STC IT ROSA» emphasized the uniqueness of their messenger.
"ROSA Messenger" Suitable for both ordinary citizens and private businesses and government organizations. We did not choose Telegram as a sample. Our messenger – a unique product that will have functionality similar to that of Pavel Durov’s messenger.

The company also highlighted that many smartphones available on the Russian market are equipped with components from different manufacturers. To ensure security, engineers «STC IT ROSA» wrote drivers for all hardware components of «R-FON».
