All gameplay content in Space Marine 2 will be free. No microtransactions or in-game store

The authors of the shooter plan to release paid content for the game, but it will be limited exclusively to cosmetic items

Publisher Focus Entertainment has confirmed that all game content in Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 – new modes, maps or other gameplay innovations – will be completely free. The developers do not plan to add microtransactions and an in-game store to their action game.

Players will be able to spend money in Space Marine 2 exclusively on cosmetic items that do not affect the gameplay in any way.

Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 will be released on September 9th on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
