Xiaomi Motors is preparing to begin mass production of the Xiaomi SU7 model in the second half of February, as reported by IT Home.
Xiaomi Motors is expected to produce about 2,000 Xiaomi SU7 vehicles in March, after which it will continue to ramp up production to bring monthly production capacity to more than 10,000 vehicles in July.
Lei Jun previously stated that Xiaomi SU7 has entered small-scale production and is expected to be launched in the first half of 2024. It is currently at the stage of ramping up pilot production. Prices have not yet been determined, but Xiaomi SU7 will definitely not be cheap.
Xiaomi SU7 is positioned as a high-performance eco-friendly C-Class sedan with a length of 4997 mm, a wheelbase of 3000 mm, a width of 1963 mm, a height of 1440 mm and a drag coefficient Cd of 0.195.
The dual-motor version of Xiaomi SU7 has a maximum power of 673 hp, acceleration time from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.78 seconds and is equipped with a triple CATL lithium battery with a capacity of 101 kW·h. The power reserve reaches 800 km. The single-motor version has a maximum power of 299 hp, accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.28 seconds, is equipped with a Fudi lithium iron phosphate battery with a capacity of 73.6 kWh and has a range of 668 km.
