Cars are shipped to dealers
A few days ago it was reported that AvtoVAZ had stopped producing the Lada Vesta in the top-end Techno and Techno’24 trim levels; the plant itself then explained this by revising the equipment of the cars. Now insiders have reacted directly from the plant: they report that the production of Lada Vesta in Techno trim levels has not stopped.
«Vesta cars are being shipped in the Techno configuration, simple station wagons and crossover versions. Blackëroof, blackëside mirrors [rear view] and alloy wheels (in the usual body style) are installed only on the Techno; on the Cross, they, of course, come by default. Cars roll off the assembly line regularly… People who work on the first line and on the floor conveyor clearly see what comes off this very conveyor», — reported by the public Avtograd News.
