The popularity of Chinese cars is growing
Today in Russia there are already more than 1.8 thousand service stations that service and repair Chinese cars — this is 39% of all service stations in the country, as reported by «Auto News of the Day» with reference to data from the Group of Companies «AutoSpetsTsentr».
«Now the total share of such service stations is 39%, but there are prerequisites for further growth. Chinese manufacturers are interested in attracting new customers, so since the beginning of 2023 they have almost doubled the number of official dealership centers – up to 1.9 thousand», — told in the dealer holding.
Today, dealers who sell Chinese cars account for more than 60% of all showrooms operating in the country. As of mid-January 2024, there were 3,653 official dealership centers selling passenger cars in the country. That is, about 2200 showrooms were engaged in Chinese cars.
«At the same time, official dealers provide owners of Chinese cars with a full range of services, including after-sales service. Dealers have original spare parts and modern equipment, which allows them to make better repairs than at a regular service station, — added «AutoSpetsCenter».
