Xiaomi has unveiled a new projector called the Xming Q5, which is available for $140 in China.

It is equipped with the 11th generation TruLife Image Engine, dual 3W speakers and full support for the Xiaomi ecosystem, allowing it to be linked with other Xiaomi smart devices. There is support for voice control.

Xming Q5 is equipped with a completely enclosed dedicated PhotonX optical engine, which eliminates common problems associated with open optical modules such as light leakage, dust ingress, noise and insufficient heat dissipation.

The projector supports 1080P resolution, 1500:1 contrast ratio and 280 lumens brightness. It supports 4K and HDR10+ decoding. Its height is only 17.5 cm, and its weight — 1.4 kg. The projector supports 360 degree rotation.

The projector comes with 32GB of built-in flash memory, allowing users to store applications, movies and other media files. It runs on Android 13 and offers access to popular streaming services.
