Wildberries reports a technical failure on its website and is actively working to restore the service, as reported by the company’s press service to RIA Novosti.
The official statement says: “There is a technical glitch on the Wildberries website. We are working to quickly restore service.”
On Tuesday, November 21, Wildberries users discovered problems with the platform, both in the mobile application and in the web version. Users have encountered problems finding products and that some items already added to their cart are no longer available. As part of a temporary solution to the problem, the service offers users to add these products to the waiting list.
The company is making every effort to quickly eliminate the inconvenience and restore the normal functioning of the platform.
