Volkswagen has introduced not only the 2024 Volkswagen ID.4 X, but also a more affordable electric car called the 2024 Volkswagen ID.3. The car is offered for $23,000.
Both new cars received an annual facelift and are built on the MEB platform. The Volkswagen ID.3 continues the previously chosen styling, but receives a new Fjord Blue paint job. It is also available in Aurora Green, Ion Gray and Star White.
This model also comes with 20-inch Surging Hurricane wheels, a panoramic roof and electric sun visors. The car received a large luggage compartment, a head-up display with augmented reality and atmospheric lighting.
The length, width and height of the 2024 Volkswagen ID.3 are 4261, 1778 and 1568 mm respectively, and the wheelbase is 2765 mm, which is the same as the current model. It was the Volkswagen ID.3 that recently officially rolled off the assembly line, becoming the 27 millionth car of the SAIC Volkswagen joint venture.
In terms of power, the 2024 Volkswagen ID.3 is equipped with an engine that produces a maximum power of 125 kW and a maximum torque of 310 Nm. It can accelerate from 0 to 50 km/h in 3 seconds. It travels up to 450 kilometers without recharging.
The car received an adaptive autopilot and automatic parking function.
