Ubisoft has changed the name and increased prices for its subscription service Ubisoft+

Ubisoft+ is a service through which players gain access to all games of the French corporation. Ubisoft also offers games from external partners, which is likely why it's making the changes.

Ubisoft+ players can now access the classic or premium version. But there are significant changes here: on the one hand, players will receive more games, on the other – significantly less.

  • Ubisoft+ Classic is a service for PC, and for $7.99 a month gives access to “more than 50 iconic games.” There are standard editions of individual games.
  • Ubisoft+ Premium offers over 100 games for $17.99 per month , access to new products on release day and premium version. While the entire library is available on PC, select games can be played on Xbox.

For example, Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown (out today Deluxe Edition), Avatar: Frontiers Of Pandora, Assassin's Creed Mirage and the upcoming Skull and Bones will be available on Xbox and PC through Ubisoft+ Premium.

The Ubisoft+ Classic game catalog will be constantly updated , but Ubisoft has not yet confirmed specific details – it is worth noting that PlayStation Plus Premium and Extra subscribers sometimes receive games from Ubisoft+ Classic.

There is a hint that Activision Blizzard games will appear in the subscription in the future.
