Pre-orders for the top model of the new flagship line of Honor – have started in China. Honor Magic6 RSR Porsche Design. The deposit size is impressive – 911 yuan or almost 130 dollars. But this measure, one might say, is symbolic: on January 13, the deposit will be returned or counted towards the cost of the smartphone. The deposit gives the right to be among the first to receive a smartphone, and those who make it are guaranteed a «box of surprises».
RSR in the name of the smartphone stands for RennSport Rennwagen – something like a «sports version of a racing car». Usually the abbreviation RSR denotes track versions of Porsche 911 sports cars.
Honor Magic6 RSR Porsche Design is credited with a camera with an inch image sensor and support for two-way satellite communication. The smartphone will be built on SoC Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, the top version will have 1 TB of flash memory.
