The service website has partially restored its operation, SDEK specialists continue to work on solving the problem.
SDEK made an announcement on their website:

At the time of writing the news, not all sections of the site are available. For example, the parcel tracking page and the delivery calculator do not work, the help is not available in full.
Yesterday SDEK promised to restore the delivery of parcels «no later» May 29. Previously, hackers claimed responsibility for the failure of SDEK. The company itself calls the situation a «extensive technical failure».
