The SDEK website has partially resumed operation

The team of the courier service for delivery of goods and documents SDEK has finally managed to make progress in solving the problem of a large-scale technical failure, due to which users of the service have not been able to receive and send their parcels for several days. The service website has partially restored its operation, SDEK specialists continue to work on solving the problem. 

SDEK made an announcement on their website:

Our site is working again, but only partially for now. We are continuing to resolve remaining issues and are working to restore stable functionality to all features as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding. 

At the time of writing the news, not all sections of the site are available. For example, the parcel tracking page and the delivery calculator do not work, the help is not available in full.

Yesterday SDEK promised to restore the delivery of parcels «no later» May 29. Previously, hackers claimed responsibility for the failure of SDEK. The company itself calls the situation a «extensive technical failure».
