The length, width and height of the Xpeng X9 are 5293, 1988 and 1785 mm respectively, and the wheelbase – 3160 mm. The Xpeng X9 has a 2+2+3 seat layout, with an internal cabin area of 7.7 square meters. The second row has two independent seats with a 180mm wide aisle between them to make it easier for third row passengers to get in and out. Moreover, the new car is also equipped with a small table in the second row of seats. In addition, the new car is equipped with a ring light strip under the ceiling.
Despite the dynamic fastback design, the new car still has plenty of headroom in the third row, and the third row ingress and egress height reaches 1,315 mm. At the same time, the third row of seats supports electric folding, creating a large platform for luggage.
Xpeng X9 is equipped with 29 intelligent driving components, including front dual lidars, cameras, millimeter wave radars, ultrasonic radars. The amount of sensor equipment is leading among models in its class. This model is also equipped with two Orin-X chips with 508 Tops processing power. The Xpeng X9 cabin is equipped with automotive-grade Snapdragon 8295 chip and XOS Dimensity intelligent cabin system.
In terms of chassis, the Xpeng X9 comes equipped with intelligent dual-chamber air suspension as standard. The spring rate adjustment range of the intelligent dual-chamber air suspension is increased by 40%, the maximum suspension travel adjustment range is 90mm, and the impact strength when driving on a slope can be reduced by 25%. Xpeng X9 is equipped with an active rear wheel steering system with a maximum steering angle of 5 degrees and a minimum turning radius of 5.4 meters.
In terms of power, Xpeng X9 is equipped with electric motors with a maximum power of 235 kW at the front and 135 kW at the rear, a maximum torque of 640 N·m, acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.7 seconds and maximum speed 200 km/h. The range is 610 km, 640 km or 702 km. 10 minutes of charging is enough for 300 km.
