Company sales amounted to almost 1.7 million cars
Geely Automobile announced that the group's total sales in December 2023 were 150,453 vehicles, up about 3% year-on-year.
Total sales for the full year 2023 were 1,686,516 units, an increase of approximately 18% compared to the previous calendar year. The company exceeded its annual sales target of 1,650,000 units for 2023.
The Board of Directors has set the group's sales target for 2024 at 1,900,000 units, including sales of Lynk & Co, representing an increase of approximately 13% from total sales achieved in 2023.
In addition, sales of new energy vehicles are expected to increase by more than 66% from the level reached in 2023.
According to analysts' forecast, Tesla sold 1.82 million cars last year.
