There are many games on Steam and they are gradually gaining support for the portable Steam Deck. Another milestone has been reached, but not everything is so clear
The SteamDB service collects various statistics from the Valve store. After the introduction of Steam Deck, they started tracking games that are compatible with the handheld device.
Recently, the total number of supported games on Steam Deck passed the 13,000 mark (fully supported + playable).
During the discussion, players noted that the “supported” mark does not guarantee that there will be no problems. There was already an example of Remnant 2, which didn't perform surprisingly well despite claiming Steam Deck support. Also, some players in God of War (2018) complain about glitches.
We also reminded that not all games managed to earn the mark “supported”, for example, someone calmly plays Starfield on the Steam Deck and does not experience problems.
