The service for selecting a tenant costs 1500 rubles
The Sberbank team announced the launch of a new useful service on the Domklik platform. As noted in the press service, the service «Domklik Rent» helps to rent out housing safely and profitably.
To the service «Domklik Rent» included:
- creation, placement and promotion of advertisements on popular federal and regional platforms;
- receiving calls from candidates, filtering out spam and advertising;
- checking the tenant for compliance with the landlord's requirements;
- managing the show calendar: coordinating convenient times and transfers;
- full draft contract and inventory of property from professional lawyers, taking into account the main risks;
- personal account in which the owner can resolve key issues online: post photos of housing for inventory, select candidates for viewing, sign the necessary documents.
To use the service, the client orders a consultation with the manager of Domklik. During the consultation, the owner talks about his home, and the specialist — about the service and favorable rent. Then the user pays for the service of selecting a tenant (1,500 rubles), confirms ownership in his personal account and uploads a photo for the ad, then places an ad and helps find a suitable candidate.
