The Omoda brand, part of the Chery concern, announced the start of sales of its first all-electric car on the European market.
The Omoda E5 crossover debuted at the Shanghai Auto Show, sales began in the United States in October, and now it has launched in Europe.
The electric vehicle's charge consumption is 15.5 kWh per 100 km and its range is 430 km. At the same time, Omoda E5 uses fast charging technology, which allows you to replenish the battery charge from 20% to 80% in 30 minutes. Inside there are two 12-inch screens combined into one unit.
Omoda is currently represented in Russia by the Omoda C5 crossover, the S5 sedan and its sports version, the S5 GT. As the press service emphasized, the premiere of Omoda E5 in Russia is planned for the first quarter of 2024.
