Autonews and the Fit Service network of service stations have calculated the cost of an «emergency kit» for five popular car models in Russia. For each model, we calculated the cost of seven parts that are most often damaged in accidents — These are the front bumper, rear bumper, grille, fender, windshield, hood and headlight. The cost of replacement or repair work was not taken into account — Only the purchase of new spare parts was taken into account.
Of the most popular cars presented in Russia, the Lada Granta is the cheapest to repair: «emergency kit» it will cost only 26.4 thousand rubles, and the most expensive part — hood (6.5 thousand rubles).
In second place in terms of cheapness of restoration — Lada Vesta. Purchasing a set of seven new parts will cost 88.7 thousand rubles. That is, restore Vesta — three times more expensive than Granta.
But spare parts for Vesta are still cheaper than for the other three comparison participants — popular «Chinese». So, for example, «emergency kit» for Haval Jolion it will cost 207.15 million rubles (price of headlight — 55 thousand rubles, windshield — 55.7 thousand rubles). Parts for Chery Tiggo 7 Pro Max (196.7 thousand rubles) and Chery Tiggo 4 Pro (199.2 thousand rubles) are slightly cheaper. Interestingly, a headlight for the larger Tiggo 7 Pro Max costs only 17.2 thousand rubles, but buying a headlight for Tiggo 4 Pro can ruin — 71.5 thousand rubles!
