The price has increased a little
Prices for Hyundai Custo in Russia have increased: at the end of February, one of the Moscow dealer networks offered a seven-seat Hyundai Custo minivan at a price of 5.5 million rubles. However, in just a month, the cost of this model increased by 80 thousand rubles.
Recall that the Custo is designed for seven seats, arranged according to the formula 2 + 2 + 3, and externally resembles the fourth generation Hyundai Tucson crossover. On the Russian market, it can be considered as a replacement for the outgoing Kia Carnival, with which it shares a platform. Custo production is established at the Beijing Hyundai plant in China.
The rise in prices for new cars in Russia is due to unstable exchange rates and supply problems. Dealers are forced to increase price tags in order to maintain business profitability.
According to the forecast, in the coming months, cars may continue to rise in price by 5–10% monthly. This is due to both currency fluctuations and rising costs for automakers due to logistics problems.
