Traction battery warranty – 8 years
Kaliningrad «Avtotor» presented the first car within the recently announced domestic brand «Amberauto» – This is a sedan «Amberauto A5». According to «Chinese Cars», the prototype of this model was the Chinese JMEV GSE. And JMEV – is a joint venture between Jiangling Motors Corporation Group, China Agricultural Development Corporation and… Renault group. This is how the French are returning to Russia, albeit not in their pure form with their own brand.
«Amberauto A5» (Cyrillic alphabet is used to designate the model) – This is a mid-size sedan with dimensions of 4675 x 1835 x 1480 mm and a wheelbase of 2750 mm. Under the hood – 160-horsepower engine, declared range on one charge – 520 km according to CLTC methodology. Quite an optimistic statement for a traction battery with a capacity of 60.2 kW·h.
The warranty for the traction battery is 8 years or 150,000 km, for other components – 3 years or 100 thousand km.
The first batch of cars will be sold in the Kaliningrad region to gain first operating experience. It is possible that based on the feedback from the first owners, the car will be modified. In the near future, the localization process will be launched: cars «Amberauto» will be equipped with electric motors, inverters, gearboxes, and batteries of domestic production.
