Immortals of Aveum has received an update

AMD FSR 3 frame generation technology has finally arrived on gaming consoles.

The first game that brought the FSR 3 upscaler to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series was Immortals of Aveum. It was also one of the first two games from FSR 3 on PC.

Recall that current Sony and Microsoft consoles are based on AMD APUs with graphics cores based on the RDNA 3 architecture, so they technically support FSR 3 in exactly the same way as desktop video cards. However, for some reason, FSR 3 was not available on consoles until now.

FSR 3 should allow for a significant increase in performance, something that modern consoles often lack. There are no tests of the updated game on consoles yet.
