There are accessories for using computer fans outside of the PC
Noctua, known for its air cooling systems for PCs, unexpectedly introduced its Home line of products. And that's exactly what the title suggests.
These devices are not for the computer at all, but for the home. More precisely, for home, office and multi-purpose ventilation. The new line starts with two fan kits and nine modular accessories, allowing Noctua computer fans to be used for a variety of cooling needs throughout the home.
One of the new products — NV-FM1. This is a universal swivel mount for 120mm and 140mm fans, which can not only be used as a simple stand on a table, but can also be attached to walls, ceilings, furniture or other objects.
For applications requiring strong, focused airflow, it can be used in combination with the dedicated NV-AA1-12 airflow amplifier. Both products are included in the NV-FS1 kit, which includes the NF-A12x25 fan, NA-FC1 fan controller, and NV-PS1 power supply.
In general, the new line includes the following products:
- NV-FS1 — table, room and universal fan
- Cooling fan kit for multifunction device NV-FS2
- Rotatable fan mount NV-FM1
- Air flow amplifier NV-AA1-12
- NV-PS1 — power supply from 115/230 VAC to 12 VDC
- Eight-port fan hub NV-FH2
- Powered fan kit NV-SPH1
- Universal pads, pads and pads.
