Xiaomi introduced two air fryers for the global market: Xiaomi Smart Air Fryer 5.5L and Xiaomi Smart Air Fryer 4.5L.
As the names indicate, they received bowls with a volume of 5.5 and 4.5 liters, respectively. The temperature is adjustable in the range from 40°C to 220°C on the old model and up to 200°C on the younger one.
In addition to standard cooking, both models offer functions such as defrosting food, drying fruits and meats, and even making yogurt. Xiaomi Smart Air Fryer 4.5L can be used for baking and grilling. However, this device does not have a viewing window like the older model.
Both fryers are compatible with the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home app, which provides access to a recipe library, voice control via Google Assistant, and scheduling features.
The company has not yet disclosed pricing and availability of these fryers.
