At 12:00 Moscow time
The State Commission decided to allow the launch vehicle «Angara-A5» with the «Orion» upper stage for launch from the Vostochny Cosmodrome.
«Today at the Vostochny cosmodrome, by the decision of the state commission, the first space rocket "Angara-A5" approved for refueling and launch», Roscosmos told reporters.
The rocket launch from pad 1A is scheduled for 12:00 Moscow time on April 11. Approximately 12.5 minutes after launch, the Orion upper stage with the test payload should separate from the third stage «Hangar» and continue its insertion into the target orbit.
The rocket launch was expected on Tuesday, but two minutes before the launch the automation canceled the launch due to a failure of the pressurization system of the central block oxidizer tank. The launch was rescheduled for Wednesday, but was canceled due to a malfunction in the engine start control system.
At the same time, there was no need to dismantle the rocket from the launch pad.
