Pre-orders in China will begin on April 16th
Nio has unveiled the new 2024 ET7 sedan, confirming that pre-sales will begin on April 16th. The 2024 Nio ET7 will offer new seats, a head-up display, two more screens and other improvements.
Nio ET7 was launched back in 2021. In three years, its cumulative sales reached 29,815 vehicles. The ET7's sales peaked in June 2022, with over 4,000 models sold. However, it has lost momentum in 2023, selling fewer than a thousand vehicles per month. The reasons for the decline in demand are the price war in China and the emergence of new high-end cars from other automakers.
The car gets a new silver color and unique 21-inch wheels with Michelin Sport EV tires. Its dimensions remained unchanged: length, width and height were 5101 mm, 1987 mm and 1509 mm, respectively. The wheelbase of the new ET7 – 3060 mm.
The most noticeable changes are inside the 2024 Nio ET7. Added a new brown interior tint. The designer also added soft materials to the top of the dashboard and redesigned the head-up module. In addition, the view through the windshield has been improved.
Another feature of the second row — two 14.5-inch OLED screens with 3K resolution, which allow you to display images from a smartphone. The ET7 multimedia system is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295 chip. Another update to the 2024 Nio ET7 — acoustic system. It has the same number of speakers (23), but the power is increased to 2230 W.
The powertrain of the 2024 Nio ET7 remains unchanged: all-wheel drive and two 480 kW motors. It supports three battery options: 75 kWh, 100 kWh and 150 kWh. The last option — semi-solid state battery that will be available as a replacement service.
