AvtoVAZ will manufacture steering wheels for its cars independently. The company will also start producing seats and window lifters. A preferential loan from the Federal Industrial Development Fund will be used for these purposes.

There will be three preferential loans from the Federal Industrial Development Fund —  for a total of 7 billion rubles. We have already written that part of these funds will go to organizing the production of new 1.6 and 1.8 liter engines. What will be new in the engines? Perhaps, two phase shifters will appear, but the introduction of turbocharging is also possible.
