The automatic complex “Cityman” drove to the addresses where there were complaints about the road surface
In St. Petersburg, territory owners began to receive fines for potholes on the roads generated by a neural network. The State Administrative and Technical Inspectorate (GATI) of the city announced that from April 15 it resumed monitoring of territories in St. Petersburg using the neural network complex «City». According to the department, in winter no work was carried out to identify asphalt damage on the roads.
From April 15 to early May, fines for violations identified by the neural network were not generated, so that those responsible for the territories had time to make pothole repairs. Then, in the first two weeks of May, «Policy» I once again went to the addresses from which residents had received complaints. In automatic mode, it identified 16 cases of violations, most of them – in private areas of gas stations and shopping centers.
Inspection specialists have already signed the decisions issued by the neural network; soon those responsible for the maintenance of these 16 territories will receive documents with fines of 30 thousand rubles. In this case, it is necessary not only to pay the fine, but also to repair the roads. After some time «Policeman» will drive through these addresses again and check if the potholes have been repaired. If not – the fine will be re-imposed.
