Price unknown, but Realme 11 Pro+ started at $290
The Realme 12 Pro+ smartphone, according to fresh data, will receive a new SoC Snapdragon 7s Gen 2.
For comparison, Realme 11 Pro+ is based on the Dimensity 7050. The new Qualcomm platform is about 15% faster and is manufactured using a 4 nm process technology versus 6 nm for the MediaTek solution. That is, the new Realme product will offer greater performance and, possibly, better battery life, but the difference will not be critical.
It is also confirmed that Realme 12 Pro+ will indeed receive a periscope camera. Thus, it will become the cheapest smartphone with such a module on the market. Let's remember that Realme 11 Pro+ came out with a price of only $290.
The periscope camera is expected to be powered by a 64-megapixel OmniVision OV64B sensor and provide 3x optical zoom.
