Four COMAC C919
were released last year
Chinese air carriers have announced delivery schedules for new aircraft. The documents indicate that COMAC plans to deliver seven C919 passenger jets to airlines in 2024. Considering that four aircraft were assembled last year, we can talk about doubling the production of C919.
Six of the seven airliners will be received by China Eastern Airlines — so far it is the only COMAC C919 operator in the world. Another plane will go to the private Suparna Airlines, the «daughter» Hainan Airlines. Delivery of this airliner is planned for the fourth quarter of this year. Suparna Airlines has ordered 30 COMAC C919 with delivery until 2027.
