The older model even has a camera
HMD Global has introduced budget mobile phones HMD 105 and HMD 110 in India. In this market, regular push-button phones under the HMD brand, and not Nokia, as before, were released for the first time. The devices have a uniform design, a set of basic characteristics and small dimensions. The manufacturer claims that they even have «multimedia functions», obviously, we are talking about the built-in MP3 player and FM radio.
The phones operate on 2G cellular networks, are equipped with 1000 mAh batteries (up to 18 days of standby time) and have an automatic call recording function. The younger model HMD 105 does not have a built-in camera, while the HMD 110 has a camera with an LED flash on the back of the case. The devices also support the Indian instant payment system UPI (Unified Payments Interface) for fast banking transactions without Internet access.
The new devices are already on sale in the Indian market. HMD 105 is available in black, purple and blue, while HMD 110 — in black and green. The HMD 105 costs 999 rupees (about $12), and the HMD 110 — 1199 rupees (about $14).
